Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vesti mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using Vesti, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age required by your local laws, you may only use the Service with a parent/guardian’s permission where applicable.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant Vesti a limited license to host, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service (e.g., generating try-on results, showing wardrobe items, displaying posts you choose to publish).

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service
• Use the Service to distribute malware or spam

5. AI-Generated Outputs

Some features use AI to generate suggestions or images. AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated results.

6. Premium Subscriptions & Purchases

• Premium features may be offered via subscription or credit packages.
• Purchases are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play or authorized payment providers.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled through the store settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the applicable store’s policies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if required for safety/security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesti will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
