Vesti uses AI-powered tools to generate advanced styling suggestions, outfit recommendations, and virtual try-on images. To provide these features, we require your explicit consent before processing your data.
When you use our AI features, the following data may be sent to our AI providers:
We transmit this data securely to trusted third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) providers, including but not limited to Google Gemini and Fal.ai. These providers process the data solely to return the styling results back to your device.
Before any personal data or photo is sent to our third-party AI services, we display an in-app AI Consent Modal. You must explicitly agree to this data sharing by clicking the "Accept" button. You may decline, but doing so will prevent you from using the AI styling and virtual try-on features.
We confirm that any third-party AI service we share data with provides the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. Your images are not used to train public AI models and are discarded by the provider after the processing is complete.
Ownership: You retain ownership of your uploaded content. We do not claim ownership over your images.
Accuracy: AI outputs are generated automatically and may be imperfect. Use results at your discretion.

We store data using cloud infrastructure (e.g., Supabase or similar). We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.

We retain personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information longer where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Vesti is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us to request deletion.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated within the app.
